By downloading, installing, or using ClipDuet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
ClipDuet is a reaction video creation app that allows you to record picture-in-picture reactions to existing videos, add emoji markers, and export merged MP4 files. Videos are uploaded to our servers solely for processing and are deleted after export or within 24 hours.
ClipDuet offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly plans). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain all rights to your videos and content. By using ClipDuet, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your videos on our servers solely for the purpose of rendering your final export. We do not store, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
You agree not to use ClipDuet to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you create with ClipDuet.
ClipDuet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClipDuet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ClipDuet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall ClipDuet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ClipDuet after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
