Videos and photos are uploaded solely for rendering. If you create an account, we collect your email address and username to provide the service. Basic usage analytics are collected to improve ClipDuet.
Source and facecam videos are uploaded to our servers exclusively for merging/rendering. Files are deleted immediately after export completes, or within 24 hours.
Basic device information and a locally-generated identifier are collected for export tracking and analytics. For signed-in users this may be linked to their account.
ClipDuet does not track users across other apps or websites and does not sell your data. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand screen views, taps, and subscription status.
Uploaded media files are deleted after export or within 24 hours. Free-export allowance records are retained as needed to provide the service.
You can delete your ClipDuet account and account-linked service records from Settings. Historical analytics may be retained for service improvement; contact us to request deletion of analytics associated with your account. Temporary uploaded media is deleted after export or within 24 hours.
